How to freeze a row in Google Sheets?



 For better organizing data in the modern digital world, freezing rows and columns are extremely

important features. As the digital world progresses, efficiency of work is really admirable.

As your content grows on Google Sheets, the managing of that content becomes a headache. Regular

scrolling can result in losing the headers, ultimately, creates Spreadsheet confusion.

But don’t worry because we have got a simpler solution, that ensures the headers to remain visible,

offers clarity as you go through your content on Google Sheets. Here are the steps to freeze a row in

Google Sheets:

  1.  Open your Google Sheets document.
  2.  On the left side of Spreadsheet, click on
    that row number that you want to freeze.
  3.  Go to the View menu at the top.
  4.  Now, select Freeze from the drop-down menu.
  5.  Based on your preference, select one row or up to the current row. This will freeze your

row/rows in your document.
