first you have to open your google account with valid password.

now by opening google app there you will see google  drive click on google drive open your file.

if  someone transfer a file to you click on the link .

you will see a button request access click on request.

make sure that the owner of the file will accept your request.

once they accept your request again click on the file.

Boom you are now login to google sheets file.
